We walk the yard with you, look at where the unit can sit, how it relates to the main house, and where utilities run. We talk through size and layout options on the spot.

Design & Written Estimate
We develop the plan and finishes, then deliver a written estimate showing exactly what is included. You approve before we begin.

Construction
We build the unit from foundation to finishes and keep you updated as the build progresses. Detached builds usually run toward the longer end of our 3 to 6 month range.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the finished ADU with you, close out punch-list items, and stand behind the work for one year.
